 Business:

• Passport + all old passports (All pages copy notarized required) (original passport + old passport will check by vfs and return at the time of submission)

• 1 Form No. 1415,  + form 956

• 2 Photo, (35 x 45 mm white background 80 % face size matt finish)

• Covering letter address to Australian High Commission, New Delhi,

• Exchange,

• Credit card copy, (credit card statement is required),

• Invitation letter address to Australian High Commission, New Delhi,

• Personal Bank statements of last 06 months,

• Personal Income tax papers last 03 years,

• Return ticket.

 

 If first Time traveler to Australia:

• Company Registration Copy

• Company Memorandum

• Income tax copy last 3 yrs of company

• Balance sheet of Company

 

 Note: The Consulate will decide validity of the visa.

 Fee Rs. 6900/- by draft in favour of “Australian High Commission” New Delhi. 966 Rs.  Service charges of VFS. + 57 dd charges + resubmission Rs. 650/-

 Time Taken – 10-15 working days.

 

 

 Tourist:

• Passport + all old passports (All pages copy notarized required) (original passport + old passport will check by vfs and return at the time of submission)

• 1 Form No. 1419, + 956 form (For minor both parents signature and child sign/thump as per passport required)

• 1 form no 67 (For minor both parents signature and child sign/thump as per passport required)

• 2 Photo, (35 x 45 mm white background 80 % face size matt finish)

• Covering letter address to Australian High Commission, New Delhi

• Exchange, credit card copy, (credit card statement is require),

• Xerox copies of Personal Income Tax Papers last 03 yrs.,

• Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months,

• Employers Leave Letter

• In case of Children scool ID, leave certificate from school must,

• In case of Children Birth certificate required with both Parents Name,

• In case Children traveling with one Parent then NOC letter from other Parent are required. (On 50 Rs. Stamp paper & Notarized)

• Sponsorship required if visiting relatives along with their passport/ PR copy, Bank statement, IT returns, Accommodation details,

• Return ticket.
