• Covering letter address to Consulate General of Germany, Mumbai

• Return Ticket,

• Invitation address to Consulate General of Germany, Mumbai

• Personal Last 3 years tax papers,  

• Personal Last 6 months bank statement,

• Exchange or Credit card copy,

• Business Correspondence,

• Company registration copy or Memorandum of company or If partner partnership deed from company,

• Company tax papers,

• Insurance,

• If pax traveling for exhibition then hotel confirmation is required

 

 

 Note: If pax has not traveled within last two years to Schengen Country then pax has to come for Interview.

• in case of a family/private visit - a letter from the family member/sponsor in Germany faxed directly to our Consulate General (Verpflichtungs Erklärung § 66 & 68 obtained from the foreigner's registration office (Ausländeramt) from the place of residence of the people to be visited) applicant should carry the original sponsorship letter at the time of application
