• Invitation from Spain directly fax to the consulate copy to us, (address to Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai)

• Last 3 yrs IT Returns,

• Original Personal Last 6 month Bank statements, (Bank round seal, Bank Address stamp, Bank Telephone no, Signature of Branch Manager or  Bank Accountant)

• Original Personal Last 6 month Bank statements, (Bank round seal, Bank Address stamp, Bank Telephone no, Signature of Branch Manager or  Bank Accountant) (please note that consulate is not accepting company bank statement)

• Exchange/ Credit card cop.

• Salary slip for last 6 months.

• Original travel Insurance, valid at least 15 days from the date of return to India.

• Authorization letter sign by Applicant.

• 3 Photo (35 x 45 mm white background face size 25 x35 mm), not more than 6 months old

• Covering letter address to Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai, with Travel dates and Purpose of travel,Designation.( mention with Passport courier address)

• Proof of Hotel confirmation,

• Leave letter from Company

• If some one sponsoring trip then Original sponsorship letter from Spain attested by local police.

• For visiting family or friends:-1) Invitation letter issued by “Policia Nacional de España”. (submit in original along with a photocopy ).
   2) Attested copy of the passport and the DNI or residence card of the person living in Spain.

• Applying with their families have to submit the proof of family relation with the principal applicant, for example: If he /she is spouse then Marriage Certificate and in case of Child Birth Certificate is required.
  VFS will be accepting photocopy of the document and same will be verified with the Original document at the time of submission.
  In case the applicants are unable to present the Original document, VFS will be accepting the photocopy of the same but that photocopy has to be legalized before a public notary.
   

• Outstation passports pls submit their Residence Proof Telephone bill/ Electricity Bill/ Agreement AND letter from company with currant residential address. 

• Salary slip for last 6 months.

• Original travel Insurance, valid at least 15 days from the date of return to India.

• If the Applicant is a minor, the application has to be signed by the parents and copies of the parent's passports to be attached. If only one parent travelling with child Or single Child traveling then, an affidavit on INR 50. - Stamp paper is necessary stating that either parent have no objection to the child travelling to Spain. This affidavit has to be signed by both parents.
  However, if either parent is not in the country of original and not travelling with the child, for example if the father of the child has a residence permit for Spain, an affidavit from the father is also necessary. ( NOC format attached.)
