 Applicants coming from the States of Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra and the Territories of Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Pondicherry have to apply for their visa at the Consulate General of Belgium in Mumbai. These applications can now be submitted at the Belgium Visa Application Centres in Mumbai.

 

Business:

• Passport + all old passports ( 20 YEARS VALIDITY PASSPORT NOT ACCEPTED )

• 1 Form, (Print Back to back)(2 Signature–Column No.37 & last column on 3rd page)

• 1 Declaration signed by pax

• 2 Photo (35 X 45 MM white background with face size 80% ),

• Covering letter address to Consulate General of Belgium ,( mention passport courier address)

• Original Invitation letter address to Consulate General of Belgium, (mentioning the name, profession and passport number of the person(s) invited, the purpose and duration of the visit, which party will bear the traveling and lodging expenses, telephone/fax number/e-mail address of the inviting company in Belgium)

• Return Ticket,

• Exchange per day 100 usd OR Credit Card copy,

• Copy of Personal Last 03 year Income-tax paper

• Copy  of Personal last 06 month bank statement

• Travel Insurance with Applicant signature mandatory.

• Hotel Confirmation directly faxed to Consulate & copy to us.

• Company Memorandum,

• Salary Sleeps Last 3 Month.

• Address proof of Mumbai (Lease Agreement/Telephone bill/Mobile bill- Most recent )

• Passport Collection Process: 
  
  The Consulate General of Belgium, Mumbai has implemented a change in arrangement for the collection of passport(s) from VFS Global Visa Application Centre. With effect from 1 January 2015, third party collection of the documents or passports will not be permitted, except in the following cases: 

  Immediate Family Member (that is Parents, Children, Spouse)

  One member of a group collecting for the entire group

  A person collecting on behalf of Government officials if authorized on the Government letter head or department

  
  If any of the above comes for passport collection they need to carry the following documents:

  Original Government ID card

  Original ICR

  Original authorization letter from applicant

  
  It is also mandatory to mention applicant’s personal address. 
  
  Applicant's passport will not be couriered to their travel agencies 'addresses as directed by the Consulate.
   

Fee Rs. RS.4320+57 DD chg= [30 days or 90 days single entry or multiple entries]

 + Vfs Charges Rs. 1080/-
